- 8–10 flour tortillas, warmed

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a skillet, cook the ground beef with black pepper, garlic, ginger, Chinese 5 spice, tamari, and Thai chili sauce until browned.
- Assemble the Rolls: Fill each warmed tortilla with the beef mixture, cucumbers, cilantro, Thai basil, green onions, and roasted peanuts.
- Serve: Drizzle with chili paste and toasted sesame oil before rolling up the tortillas and serving.
