- 4 medium sized russet baking potatoes (8 ounces each), washed and dried
- 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1½ teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
- Butter for topping
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Prepare Potatoes: Brush potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook Potatoes: Bake for 25 minutes on one side, flip and bake for another 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve: Slice potatoes, fluff the insides, top with butter and cracked pepper before serving hot.
