Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken cutlets dry with a paper towel to remove moisture. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
 - Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken cutlet into Caesar dressing, making sure it’s coated on both sides. Dredge in panko breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure the breadcrumbs stick.
 - Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
 - Air Fry the Chicken: Place the breaded chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
 - Add the Parmesan: Drizzle the cooked chicken with extra Caesar dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan while still hot.
 - Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve as is, or with a side of Caesar salad, roasted vegetables, or over pasta.
