- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning)

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
