- 1 cup almonds, (raw unsalted – do not soak)
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 1 cup basil
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 dash cayenne pepper
 - 1/4 cup water
 
 
Instructions
- Prepare Almonds: In a food processor, blend almonds until finely ground.
 - Add Ingredients: Add garlic, olive oil, basil, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and water to the almonds. Blend until smooth.
 - Chill: Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
