Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Mix the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the egg, sugars, oil, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples.
