- 1 honeycrisp apple, cored and sliced thin
- 1 wedge of brie cheese, sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste

- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the chicken: Fill each pocket with apple slices and brie cheese.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, dijon mustard, thyme, and minced garlic.
