Description

  • 1 honeycrisp apple, cored and sliced thin
  • 1 wedge of brie cheese, sliced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff the chicken: Fill each pocket with apple slices and brie cheese.
  4. Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, dijon mustard, thyme, and minced garlic.
