Description

  • 1 sprig Fresh Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Chicken and Seasoning:

  • 1 Honeycrisp Apple
  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

  1. Prep Glaze: In a saucepan, combine apple cider, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, onion, rosemary, thyme, mustard, ginger, and nutmeg. Simmer until reduced.
  2. Season Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet, sear chicken until browned, then pour glaze over and bake until cooked through.
  4. Finish: Garnish with apple slices and extra glaze before serving.
