Chicken and Seasoning:
- 1 Honeycrisp Apple
- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
Instructions
- Prep Glaze: In a saucepan, combine apple cider, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, onion, rosemary, thyme, mustard, ginger, and nutmeg. Simmer until reduced.
- Season Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
