Description

These Bacon Cheese Bombs are a savory and indulgent treat that combines crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and flaky biscuits for a delicious appetizer or snack.

  • 1 can biscuits (8 count)
  • 8 oz Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 0.5 oz blocks
  • 4 pieces bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
  • ¼ TBS salted butter, melted
  • oregano, to taste
  • Tillamook Farm Style Thick Cuts Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the ingredients: Flatten each biscuit and place a block of cheddar cheese and some chopped bacon in the center. Fold the biscuit dough around the filling, sealing tightly.
  3. Make the bombs: Place the filled biscuits seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano.
  4. Bake: for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
