- 8 oz Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 0.5 oz blocks
- 4 pieces bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
- ¼ TBS salted butter, melted
- oregano, to taste
- Tillamook Farm Style Thick Cuts Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the ingredients: Flatten each biscuit and place a block of cheddar cheese and some chopped bacon in the center. Fold the biscuit dough around the filling, sealing tightly.
- Make the bombs: Place the filled biscuits seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake: for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
