- 1 egg
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)

- 1 tablespoon oregano leaves (finely minced; or use 1 teaspoon dried oregano)
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated; plus more for serving)
- 3/4 cup panko
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the meatballs: Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Combine chicken, onion, egg, garlic, basil, oregano, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix in panko and Parmesan, then roll into meatballs.
- Bake the meatballs: Grease a baking sheet, place meatballs, bake at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes.
- To serve: Garnish meatballs with Parmesan and basil leaves.
