  • 1 tablespoon oregano leaves (finely minced; or use 1 teaspoon dried oregano)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated; plus more for serving)
  • 3/4 cup panko
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
