These Baked Italian Grinder Sandwiches are a delicious combination of salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone cheese, layered with roasted red peppers, olives, and banana peppers, all baked to perfection on Italian sub rolls.

- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 pound deli-sliced salami
- 1⁄2 pound deli-sliced ham
- 1⁄2 pound deli-sliced pepperoni
- 1⁄2 pound deli-sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 pound deli-sliced provolone cheese
- 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup sliced black olives
- 1⁄4 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Split the sub rolls, and brush each side with the butter mixture. Layer salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, roasted red peppers, olives, banana peppers, and basil on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Bake: Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings. Wrap each sandwich in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.
- Serve: Slice the sandwiches and serve hot.

- You can customize the fillings by adding your favorite meats, cheeses, or veggies.
- For a crispier sandwich, unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
