Description

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Season the salmon: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the salmon and toss to coat.
