Salmon Bites:
- 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season the salmon: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the salmon and toss to coat.
