- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prep the Salmon: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Bake the Salmon: Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and green onions.
