Description

Ingredients

  • 200 g Digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 100 g Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

For the caramel:

  • 80 g Unsalted butter
  • 80 g Dark brown sugar
  • 397 g Can of condensed milk

For the topping:

  • 2 Bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 300 ml Double cream, whipped
  • 10 g Dark chocolate (optional)

Optional:

  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and salt. Press into a pie dish.
  2. Make the caramel: Melt butter and sugar, then add condensed milk. Cook until thickened.
  3. Assemble the pie: Layer sliced bananas over the base, top with caramel, then whipped cream.
  4. Optional: Drizzle with melted dark chocolate if desired.

Notes

  • For a quicker version, use store-bought caramel sauce instead of making your own.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to the caramel.
