- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for toasting)
Instructions
- Heat skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Mix chicken with BBQ sauce: In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
- Prepare tortilla: Lay a tortilla flat and cut a slit halfway up from the bottom.
- Assemble wrap: Place the BBQ chicken, cheese, bacon, and lettuce with ranch in separate quadrants on the tortilla. Fold into a triangle.
- Toast wrap: Toast the wrap in the skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
