Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  2. Mix chicken with BBQ sauce: In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
  3. Prepare tortilla: Lay a tortilla flat and cut a slit halfway up from the bottom.
