Description

These Big Mac Tacos combine the flavors of a classic Big Mac with the convenience of a taco. The juicy ground beef, melty American cheese, tangy Big Mac sauce, and crisp lettuce create a delicious fusion dish that’s sure to be a hit!

For the Big Mac Sauce

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp Tabasco or your favourite hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard

For serving

  • 1 iceberg lettuce leaf finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

For the Big Mac Tacos

  • 200 g ground beef (10% fat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • Vegetable oil for cooking
  • 8 slices of American cheese / American cheddar

Instructions

  1. Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Set aside.
  2. Cook the ground beef: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until browned.
  3. Assemble the tacos: Heat the tortillas, then layer with beef, cheese, Big Mac sauce, lettuce, and pickles. Fold and enjoy!

Notes
