Marinade

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Stir fry
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: Combine chicken slices with marinade ingredients, mix well, and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Stir fry: Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, onion, bell peppers, and stir-fry. Add marinated chicken, cook until done. Pour in the sauce, cook until thickened. Serve hot.
