- 1 quart fresh or frozen blueberries (1 1/2 pounds / 680 g)
 - 8 oz / 227 g honey
 - 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
 - 1 Tablespoon of fresh lavender buds (preferably organic)
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Blueberries: Rinse the blueberries and remove any stems.
 - Cook the Jam: In a saucepan, combine blueberries, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and lavender buds. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
 - Jar and Store: Once the jam reaches desired consistency, transfer to sterilized jars and let cool before refrigerating.
