- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/3 cup Water
Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Cookies: Combine ingredients, roll dough, and bake.
- Make the Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Create the Blueberry Topping: Cook blueberries, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and water until thickened.
