Description

Blueberry Thyme Gin Fizz:

  • 4 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ounces blueberry syrup (recipe included)
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish
  • Sprigs of thyme for garnish

Blueberry Syrup:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Blueberry Syrup: In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries break down and the mixture thickens. Strain and let cool.
  2. Make the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and blueberry syrup. Shake well with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with blueberries and thyme sprigs.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the cocktail by adding more or less blueberry syrup.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace gin with sparkling water.
