Description

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, for topping
  • Egg Wash:

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to a rectangle.
