  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownie Batter: Melt butter and mix with chocolate chips, sugars, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, eggs, and flour.
  2. Prepare Cookie Dough: Cream butter and sugars, then add vanilla, egg, salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour, and chocolate chips.
  3. Layering: Press brownie batter into a baking pan, then drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top.
