  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Frosting:

  • 1/3 cup spiced apple cider, no added sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar:

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl: Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Set aside.
  2. Make the Bars: Combine browned butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Spread half the batter in a pan, layer with cinnamon swirl, then top with remaining batter.
  3. Bake and Frost: Bake until golden, then cool. Drizzle frosting over the bars and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
