Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Base: Mix melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, flour, eggs, and salt. Spread in a baking pan.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Layer: Beat sugar, eggs, vanilla, cream cheese, sour cream, and salt until smooth. Pour over the brownie base.
