  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2/3 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (from 1 (3 pound) rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
  • 6 cups frozen potato tots
  • chopped scallions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix Sauce: In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, sour cream, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Assemble Casserole: Add shredded chicken and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese to the sauce mixture. Stir to combine. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Add Tater Tots: Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture in a single layer.
