For the Ganache:

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Ganache: Heat cream in a saucepan, then pour over chocolate. Add butter, vanilla, and espresso powder. Stir until smooth.
- Make the Caramel: Heat sugar until golden, then add butter, cream, and salt. Cook until smooth.
- Combine and Chill: Mix ganache and caramel. Chill until firm.
- Shape Truffles: Roll mixture into balls and coat with cocoa powder, melted chocolate, or chopped nuts.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of espresso powder.
