- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise

- 1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, Fiesta Blend, shredded, divided

- ½ cup Salsa, mild
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 350℉.
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink, then drain.
- Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Mix biscuit mix and water, press into casserole dish, and bake.
- Cook the Vegetables: Cook onions, bell pepper, and taco seasoning with ground beef.
- Assemble the Layers: Spread ground beef mixture over baked biscuit layer.
- Prepare the Sour Cream Layer: Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chiles, cheese, and garlic powder.
- Add Salsa and Cheese: Add salsa, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
