Chicken:

Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Prep chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut a slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Make filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and garlic. Stuff mixture into chicken pockets.
- Bake: Place stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
