- 1 pre-baked angel food cake, torn into ¾–1 inch pieces
- 42 ounce (2 – 21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling (Comstock brand used)
Instructions
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Assemble Layers: In a trifle dish or glass bowl, layer torn angel food cake pieces, cherry pie filling, and cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of whipped topping.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate Cherries in the Snow for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
