- 2¾ cup mini marshmallows (divided)
- ½ cup finely chopped pecans
Garnish:
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- 4 maraschino cherries with stems (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, whipped topping, 2 ½ cups of mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans. Mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top with remaining ¼ cup of mini marshmallows and garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
Notes
- This dessert can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
