- Fries – 1 bag (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Combine and Serve: Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot with crispy fries on the side.
