  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Parmesan cheese – 1 cup, grated
  • Red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – for garnish, chopped
  • Fries – 1 bag (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
