Description

These delicious chicken kabobs are marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, garlic, and sprite, then grilled to perfection with colorful veggies. A perfect dish for summer BBQs or weeknight dinners!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sprite
  • 1/2 cup oil (avocado or canola oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 sweet onion
  • wooden or bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Marinade: Combine soy sauce, sprite, oil, garlic powder, and horseradish in a ziplock bag. Add chicken chunks and marinate for 1-3 hours.
