- 1/2 cup sprite
- 1/2 cup oil (avocado or canola oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 sweet onion
- wooden or bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Marinade: Combine soy sauce, sprite, oil, garlic powder, and horseradish in a ziplock bag. Add chicken chunks and marinate for 1-3 hours.
- Assembly: Thread marinated chicken and veggies onto skewers.
- Grill: Grill the kabobs for about 5 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through.
