Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined

– 5 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 red chili peppers, chopped

– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

– 1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste


Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

2. Add garlic and chili peppers, sauté until fragrant.

3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook until shrimp turn pink.

4. Stir in parsley and cook for another minute.

5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
