- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 12 ounce can of whipped chocolate frosting
- 10 ounce jar of maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
- 18 ounces chocolate almond bark
Instructions
- Prepare Brownie Mixture: Mix brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs according to package instructions. Bake as directed, then let cool.
- Assemble Brownie Bombs: Crumble cooled brownies into a large bowl. Add chocolate frosting and mix until well combined. Scoop mixture and press a cherry into each ball. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Cover in Chocolate: Melt chocolate almond bark according to package instructions. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Let set before serving.
