  • ½ cup flour (60 grams)
  • 1 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ tsp espresso powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Coating & Topping

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 24 Hershey kisses, any flavor

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, cream cheese, espresso powder, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  2. Chill the Dough: Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Shape the Cookies: Roll the dough into small balls, coat with powdered sugar, and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and press a Hershey kiss into the center of each cookie.
