  • 1 1/2 cups (350ml) heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 8 oz (225g) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) milk
  • 2 tbsp (25g) powdered sugar

For the Ganache Topping:

  • 4 oz (115g) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brownie Base: Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Bake in a pan.
  2. Make the Chocolate Mousse: Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Melt chocolate and mix with milk and sugar. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Assemble: Layer chocolate mousse over cooled brownies.
  4. Create the Ganache Topping: Heat cream, pour over chocolate, let sit, then pour over mousse layer.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate until set, then slice and serve.
