- 100 g caster or granulated sugar
- 100 g water
- few drops of lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Mix milk, sugar, yeast, salt, flour, eggs, and butter. Knead until smooth. Let it rise.
- Roll out the dough: Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread Nutella, roll up, and twist to form a babka shape.
- Bake: Bake until golden, then brush with syrup once cooled.
