  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream: In a large bowl, cream together butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in: Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Shape cookies: Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll them in powdered sugar before placing them on the prepared baking sheets.
