Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, shortening, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Roll dough into balls, coat with Christmas sprinkles, and place on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
