Dry Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
Swirl:
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Cream Butter & Sugar: Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Alternate Mixing: Gradually add dry ingredients and sour cream to the wet mixture, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
- Swirl Mixture: Mix sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle with the swirl mixture, then add the remaining batter.
- Bake: Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Let the cake cool in the pan before inverting onto a plate. Enjoy!
