- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 (16-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 (13-ounce) jar marshmallow cream, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
Instructions
- Crush Cookies: Crush the chocolate creme sandwich cookies in a plastic bag until they are broken into small pieces.
- Melt Butter: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add Marshmallows: Add the mini marshmallows and half of the marshmallow cream to the melted butter, stirring until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in the vanilla extract, crushed cookies, and crisp rice cereal until well combined.
- Press into Pan: Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan and let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
