  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook Linguine: Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. In a pan, cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and slice.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine: Add cooked linguine, sliced chicken, Parmesan cheese, and parsley to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve: Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
