Egg Mixture:
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Slider Assembly:
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
- 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add egg mixture, and scramble until cooked. Set aside.
- Cook Bacon: In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.
- Assemble Sliders: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom half in a baking dish. Spread half of the cheese over the rolls, top with scrambled eggs, bacon, remaining cheese, and ranch dressing mix. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- Bake: Brush melted butter over the rolls and cover with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
