Chicken:

    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Pasta:

    • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil until cooked through. Slice and set aside.
  2. Cook Pasta: Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, pour in cream, broth, Parmesan, parsley, and lemon juice. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Combine: Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat. Serve hot.
