Main Ingredients:

- 1 sprig fresh thyme

Instructions
- Saute Aromatics: In a large pot, sauté onion, garlic, and celery until softened.
- Add Tomatoes: Pour in whole peeled tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir in brown sugar, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for 15 minutes.
