  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced (≈400 g / 14 oz)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (240 g / 8 oz)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g / 1.8 oz, optional)
  • 23 tbsp olive oil or butter (3045 ml / 11.5 oz)
  • ½ tsp dried thyme or sage
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
