Instructions
- Prepare the Crispy Chicken: In a bowl, marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk. In a separate bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture and fry in vegetable oil until crispy and cooked through.
- Make the Caesar Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
