Main Ingredients:

- 300g 5% fat beef mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 250g cooked rice
Sauce:

- 20ml dark soy sauce
- 15ml sriracha
- 10g tomato puree
- 20g honey
Optional Toppings:
- sliced spring onion
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook Beef: In a hot pan, brown the beef mince. Remove excess fat.
- Add Vegetables: Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Make Sauce: Mix soy sauce, sriracha, tomato puree, and honey. Pour over the beef mixture.
- Combine: Stir in cooked rice until well coated.
- Serve: Top with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- For a healthier option, use lean ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
