- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 100 g panko bread crumbs
- Creamy Dijon Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 480 ml milk
- 60 g Dijon mustard
- 100 g shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cut a slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket. Stuff each pocket with Swiss cheese and ham slices.
- Bread the Chicken: Dip stuffed chicken breasts in flour, then beaten eggs, and coat with panko bread crumbs.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make the Creamy Dijon Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, pour in milk, add Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
