Description

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 480 ml milk
  • 60 g Dijon mustard
  • 100 g shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cut a slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket. Stuff each pocket with Swiss cheese and ham slices.
  2. Bread the Chicken: Dip stuffed chicken breasts in flour, then beaten eggs, and coat with panko bread crumbs.
  3. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Make the Creamy Dijon Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, pour in milk, add Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
