  • 227 g Monterey Jack cheese shredded

  • 125 g all-purpose flour

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 180 g seasoned panko breadcrumbs
